The backup summary report shows details related to each of the Users & Objects that are configured for backup. This report is updated every 24 hours.

The image representation details are as follows;

  1. Select the Microsoft 365 object for which you want to view the backup summary report.
  2. The filters created using (4) will be listed here which can be selected depending on it the users will be listed.
  3. Enter the user’s name to search for the same.
  4. Clicking on this filter icon will enable you to create different filters based on the organizations name and the backup job name.
  5. This icon will let you download the backup summary report for all users.
  6. Clicking on this icon will open the historical report.

Historical Report

The historical report contains details about each and every schedule of a backup entity. Information on the users & objects with its backup status and count is shown and when clicked on the Skipped displayed count, you can see the list of skipped emails or items.

The filter can be created based on the job status (Success, partial, failed etc.) and the date range. The created filter will listed on the LHS drop down menu on selecting which the historical reports will be listed.  You can download all the reports using the download icon. Log download is available for each backup job respectively.
