How to Upgrade
Follow the below hierarchy to upgrade the existing BDRSuite Portal:
Step 1: Upgrade your Offsite DR Server
Step 2: Upgrade your BDRSuite Backup Server
Step 3: Upgrade your BDRSuite Clients (BDRSuite Client for VMware/Hyper V/Windows & BDRSuite Client for File Servers/Endpoints/Applications)
Step 4: Upgrade you BDRSuite 360 Server
To Know;
- Both BDRSuite Offsite DR and BDRSuite Backup Server should be upgraded manually in the respective order.
- BDRSuite Proxy Agents can be automatically upgraded via BDRSuite Backup Server, once BDRSuite Offsite DR Server gets upgraded. Also note, backup agents can also be upgraded manually if required.
