Reports

BDRSuite offers extensive and multiple reports which you can view, download or receive as an email notification from the centralized backup server console. These reports provide detailed information about backup infrastructure like plugin name, job details, job status, client details, and more which makes management easier.

Below is the list of reports which BDRSuite offers:

Backup Job Level Report

Backup Jobs Report shows the status of all the backup jobs backing up to the backup server. The report consists of Jobs Dashboard Reports, Recent Jobs Schedule Report, Deleted Backup Jobs Report, Backup Data Retention Report.

Backup Copy Job Level Report

Backup Copy Jobs Report shows the status of all the backup copy jobs backing up to the backup server. The report consists of Jobs Dashboard Reports, Recent Jobs Schedule Report, Deleted Backup Jobs Report, Backup Data Retention Report.

VMs & Hosts Level Report

The VMs & Hosts backup schedule report contains details of the of all the physical and virtual machines (across all backup jobs) backing up to the backup server. The report also contains Host/VM Backup Dashboard Report and Recent Host/VM Schedule Report.

Data Recovery Report

This report contains details of each recovery performed for the backup jobs from the backup server. It consists of File Level Recovery Report, Disk Mount Report, Full VM Recovery Report, Download VMs & Disks Report, Disk Level Recovery Report, etc.

Offsite Copy/DR Report

The Offsite Copy/DR report contains details of the offsite copy schedules of all the backup jobs replicated from this backup server.

Data Integrity Report

The Image Integrity Report verifies the recoverability of the backup job. It confirms if the backup data is mountable and provides a boot image of the most recent backup. This ensures that the backup is in a readily bootable state.
