How to Configure Local Storage in BDRSuite

Configuring a local storage (block storage repository) in BDRSuite is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Download and Install BDRSuite Backup Server. Then, login to the backup server console.
  • Navigate to the ‘Backup Server Tile -> Block Storage’ menu. Click on “Create New Block Storage Repository.”
  • Enter a Repository name, Select the Repository Type and choose the storage location where you want to store data.
  • Then click ‘Create’ to create a block storage backup repository.
