Leads management in Vembu SalesDesk

  • Leads can be captured in the product automatically based on customer interactions in your website. The lead would typically contain data submitted by the customer in your website
  • Leads can be added manually and also bulk lead data in CSV format can be imported into Vembu SalesDesk directly
  • Leads can be organized and assigned to sales agents. Sales agents can engage these leads and respond to their queries via email directly from the product
  • Vembu SalesDesk can be configured to maintain custom data about leads
  • When sales-deal  with a lead is successful, the lead can be converted to an account, with a single click
  • Duplication of leads/customers can be easily resolved simply by merging them as needed
  • Custom criteria to view specific lead-list can be saved and quickly accessed later thereby saving time and effort
  • Lead assignment among agents can be controlled by admin level settings

Creating New Leads

  • New Lead – Manually add new leads to the Vembu SalesDesk
  • Import Leads – Create leads from data imported from a CSV file

Editing Leads

  • Actions – Edit/Delete for editing and deleting leads in Vembu SalesDesk
  • Change Owner – Change the agent to whom the selected set of leads are assigned to.
  • Change Status – Change the status of the selected set of leads.
  • User can get the list of  page per records and count of records by selecting  the page per records

Leads listing:

  • View – This basic filter option enables users to list leads by assigned sales agent, lead-stage or by the lead creation time.
  • Alphabetical list – View alphabetically arranged list of leads whose Company Name begins with the chosen alphabet.
  • Show Filters – Show/Hide advanced filter options. Advanced filter settings can be saved in a name and can be later accessed directly under basic filter.
  • Table header – Used to sort the leads list in ascending/descending order. Some headers are used to filter the list based on corresponding values.
  • Pagination – User can jump to any page in the list.
  • Export – Download the leads details as CSV. Filters can be applied to export specific data.

  • It is easy to capture leads based on information gathered from website visitors.
  • Select the lead details you want to capture and click on the generate button.
  • Include the generated code snippet into your company web page in appropriate places
