  • ConnectWise Manage Authentication: Navigate to Backup Server -> Credential Management -> ConnectWise Manage and provide the ConnectWise Server/Site, Company ID, Public Key and Private Key to connect the ConnectWise account and BDRSuite backup server.
  • Enable the ConnectWise Ticketing: Navigate to Reports -> ConnectWise Ticketing to enable the ConnectWise Ticketing.
  • Add Ticketing Configuration: Click on Add Ticketing Configuration and provide the necessary details to initiate the ticketing process.
