Queries from customers start flooding in once your product is deployed. At some point getting the required ticket from the large pool of tickets which has arrived becomes a tedious job. But sometimes, that becomes a major requirement. Vembu HelpDesk allows 2 different options to figure out your ticket from all the tickets.

The first one is by clicking on the search icon in the ticket listing page. You can type the words from the ticket in the text box. If you type more than 3 letters we provide you with auto suggestions from which you can pick one and all the tickets which contain the entered keyword will be listed.

In the same case we provide advanced search options as well. In this, the various fields which are present in the tickets like from address, subject , keywords, etc. are listed and by entering the value of  field which you remember, you can filter and get your tickets even more easily. For example if you want to list the tickets from a particular mail Id, then enter that address in from address field.

Another way by which one can figure out the required ticket from the huge lists of tickets available is by using tags. The support agent can add a tag to a ticket when he handles it. This tags can be used to search the tickets. In the filters, an option is available named tags. All the tags that were created will be listed and tickets with those tags alone can be listed on clicking the corresponding tag.
