With the interest of securing a strong and lasting bonding with our valuable user community, the Zukmo team is pleased to announce that an open forum has been launched for this purpose and it can be accessed here readily. Users will also be able to access it from respective links in the header & footer section of each web page as well as through the dedicated support page.
This forum will serve as a peer-to-peer community support platform for our users to basically pose their service related questions, seek guidance, provide feedback & suggestions, obtain announcements and product related alerts, share answers and experiences, request for features & modifications, report on bugs and literally discuss any topic of technical and functional nature about our Personal Digital Library in the Cloud offering.
Only registered Zukmo users will be able to leverage the user forum for posting while it can be always viewed by anyone visiting the site. Since single sign-on feature has been enabled, registered users, upon logging into the website, will be able to access the message boards simultaneously.
