Configure Seed Backup From Vembu Client GUI
The seed backup process involves 3 major processes involved:
- During the backup configuration (Configure Scheduling)
- Seed Backup migration- server-side
- Seed Backup migration- client side
Configuring Backups:
In NetworkBackup Client, a seed backup option will be provided in the configure scheduling phase of every plugin backup and file backup.
- Choose the Seed Backup option, in Add Backup Server tab while configuring backups.
- Choose any local/mapped drive location as a seed backup location. This is the location to which the initial seed will happen.
